Effective June 14, 2021, we will require a valid credit card to hold all Initial & Update Exam appointment times.
The credit card will not be charged unless the appointment is missed.

Our Policy Regarding Missed Appointments
The goal of Audren Chiropractic Wellness Centre is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. Missed appointments and short-notice cancellations inconvenience both our clinic and other patients.
When you book your appointment, we are holding a special space in our schedule just for you and it is no longer available to other patients. As soon as you know that you will not be able to make your appointment, please call (403) 504-9292 and let us know. We do not accept cancellations over email. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
For Appointment Cancellations, We Require:
- a minimum of 3 hours notice for regular chiropractic appointments
- 24 hours notice for new patient appointments & concussion/rehab appointments
No-Shows/Missed Appointments:
A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling.
- $35 missed appointment fee will be charged the first time and the full visit amount will be charged on subsequent missed appointments.
- $50 minimum charge for the New Patient Exam & Full Update Exam without 24 hour cancellation and rebooking requires prepayment of full exam fees.
- $50 minimum charge for Concussion Rehab/Extended Chiropractic Appointments without 24 hour cancellation for the first missed appointment and full fee for any subsequent missed appointments.
